1 (12-ounce) package tri-color spiral noodles, cooked and drained
1 (15-ounce) can black beans
1 (15-ounce) can pitted black olives
1 carrot, sliced
1 celery stalk, sliced
In a bowl, toss together all ingredients.
It's delicious! Its also cheap and easy, and one batch will last a while.
