2 tablespoons spoons margarine
1/2 cup chopped dates (can use more)
1 1/2 tablespoon powder veggie broth
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
*3/4 cup uncooked white or basmati rice
*I usually just follow the directions for whatever type of rice I cook and add the veggie broth powder directly into the water the rice is being cooked in.
When the rice is finishe'd and all the liquid is absorbed I add the melted vegan margarine, dates and spices.
