1/4 cup plain peanut or other nut butter
2 tablespoons nondairy milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup or molasses
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1. Mix ingredients together in a cup or bowl (or have your kid do it!), adjusting liquid amounts as necessary.
2. Pour over grains, pasta, potatoes, veggies, etc., or even add to vegan yogurt.
Can easily be doubled or tripled and stores for at least a couple weeks in the fridge. Kids love this just like this, adults tend to like it more a little spiced up with the addition of hot sauce or red pepper flakes, rice vinegar, sesame oil and crushed garlic.
