4 oz veg margarine
2 oz sugar
2 tablespoon non-dairy condensed milk
6 oz plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
LOTS OF DARK non-dairy chocolate chips/chunks (the biggest you can find!)
Mix flour baking powder and margarine together.
Add the condensed milk and vegan sugar. Mixing together into a big cookie dough clump, then pour all the chocolate chips (chunks) into the dough and mix around. There should be heaps of these chunks of chocolate (hehehe).
Roll into balls, squash into cookie shapes and bake at about 180 degrees celcius until cooked :) (lightly brownish I think)
