1 cup corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
6 cups granola
optional: chocolate chips, coconut, dried fruit, etc.
Lightly oil an 8X10 pan, layer the granola in the pan.
Mix the corn syrup and vegan sugar in a saucepan and bring to a light boil.
Remove from heat, add peanut butter, and mix until smooth (add coconut, chocolate chips, etc. if you like). Pour the mixture over the cornflakes and combine.
Let it sit for a couple hours, then cut up into squares and serve.
