1/2 cup vegan margarine
2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
1 scant cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup nuts
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a small brownie pan. In a saucepan, melt chocolate and margarine. Remove from heat, add vegan sugar.
2. In a separate bowl, mash banana until as lump-free as humanly possible. Add to chocolate mixture, and blend well.
3. Add vanilla, cocoa, flour, and nuts; mix well. Pour into prepared pan, and bake for 20-25 minutes. Dont overbake!
