1 mango, frozen and cut into pieces
1/2 cup pineapple
1/3 cup vanilla soy
1/3 cup mango pineapple fruit and veggie juice (im not sure if its vegan...if not , just
use pineapple or mango juice)
1 scoop of vanilla soy protein powder...or any sort of protein powder
a couple of ice cubes
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until you reach the right consistency.... it should be creamy-like. if its a bit too watery...add a couple of ice cubes until you're satisfied....enjoy!
