4 granny smith apples, washed and sectioned
6 carrots, washed
2 bananas, peeled
1 pear, optional
1) In a juicer, alternate all fruit and carrots. Stir. Add ice as juice tends to come out room temp.
Be sure not to juice bananas last, as the pulp tends to clog up your juicer if not broken up by crisper fruits. I juiced bananas in a desperate effort to cover up the carrot taste in my CARROT juice--and it worked, surprisingly deliciously! Brought this concoction to work and everyone loved it--then I told them what was in it!!!
