Mug of non-fat soy milk (Westbrae is good)
1/2 teaspoon sugar (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon orange rind (fresh or dried)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
dash of cinnamon (optional)
Combine ingredients in your favorite mug. Microwave on high for 1 minute or heat in pan on stovetop until warm.
Sit in your coziest chair and enjoy!
