1 1/8 cup water
little less than 1/2 cup oatmeal (Not instant, I use Quaker, old fashioned)
1 tablespoon Cream of Wheat (the kind that cooks in 2 1/2 minutes)
Bring water to a boil on high heat. Once water is boiling, lower heat to low and add oatmeal. Stir and cook oatmeal for 2-3 minutes. Then add cream of wheat. Continue stiring and cook for additional 2-3 minutes. It should continue to boil lightly while cooking. You may have to keep the heat between low and medium, depending on your stove.
When done, add whatever you would to regular oatmeal. I like to add cinnamon to mine.
