2 vegetarian hot dogs
1/2 cup canned and rinsed red kidney beans
1/2 cup vegetarian baked beans
2 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup soy cheddar cheese
Prepare hot dogs as directed. Mix all ingredients except cheese over medium heat. When heated, transfer to a casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake till cheese is melted.
This makes a quick and very delicious lunch/dinner.
