1 package of tofu, pressed and frozen
1/2 cup vegannaise
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
1/8 cup unsweetened almond or soy milk
Defrost tofu on counter, or in microwave. Press tofu after it is defrosted to remove any excess water. (This process makes the tofu tougher and takes less time to cook.)
Heat your oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the tofu into 8 strips and coat it in the buffalo sauce. Place the tofu on a foil lined pan and bake for 10 minutes. Then remove the tofu from the pan and coat in more buffalo sauce. Place the tofu back on the pan so the opposite side is face down. Cook the tofu for another 20 minutes.
For the ranch, whisk all ingredients together and place in the fridge until the tofu is done.
Once the tofu is done coat it in more buffalo sauce and serve it hot.
