1/2 cup Cooked Black Beans
1 Kale Leaf, stemmed & finely chopped
3 tbsp. Flaxseed Powder
1/2 tbsp Tahini
2 tsp. Chipotle Spice
2 tsp. Minced Garlic
a little cooking oil
Salt to taste
Mash up beans with all other ingredients (except the oil) until desired texture is reached.
Form a patty and fry on med high heat until both sides are browned.
(about ten minutes each side)
I just ate mine with some avocado, tomato and mushrooms, but this would also be great in-between some lettuce & buns!
