3 Bean Tomato Soup

What you need:

1 - 14 ounce can black beans
1 - 14 ounce can kidney beans
1 - 14 ounce can garbonzo beans
2 - 10 ounce cans condensed tomato soup, reconstituted with water
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
3 cups sweet corn
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
1 clove garlic, diced
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste

What you do:

1) In a large frying pan saute the onions, garlic and tomatoes until the onions are golden. Meanwhile, begin heating up the tomato soup in a large pot. Once the soup is hot, add the beans and onion/garlic tomato mixture.
2) Add the sweet corn along with seasonings and simmer 25 to 40 minutes. This tastes great with some garlic bread or tortilla chips on the side. ENJOY!
Source of recipe: I opened my fridge and cupboard the other day and threw together some ingredients in a pot and what I came up with was pretty tasty, even my non-vegan boyfriend and family loved it!
