Not my thing, I guess...however, I do like peanut butter and tomato sandwiches!

yesterday, I tried this grilled and OH MY GO- it's amazing! I was making my bf a grilled cheese sandwich and was kind of envious of the fact he was gonna have a warm sandwich and mine would be cold....until I realized I could totally grill mine too! I put the sandwich together as per usual but then spread Earth Balance on the outside and threw it on the frying pan. the peanut butter gets all warm and gooey; if you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it- it completely hit the spot for me!
