pita bread, halved and split
kale
sauerkraut
mustard
Directions:Cut Seitan into chunks and steam in a colander untill hot.
Warm split pitas in a toaster.(Toasting makes the pita brittle)
Place Seitan into pitas.
Add Mustard, Kale and Saurekraut to taste.
Serve with your favorite raw veggie or corn chips
