Vegetarian Indonesian GoulashIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 lb. burger-style crumbles
1 lb. sausage subsitute
1 clove garlic, chopped, or garlic powder/salt
1 package spaghetti noodles
1 head of cabbage, coursely chopped
2-3 tomatoes, coursely chopped
2-3 cucumbers, coursely chopped
Maggi sauce, to taste
Directions:Brown the meat substitutes in an electric frying pan, or regular saucepan. I find that a little bit of vegetable oil helps. Add the garlic, as well as the cabbage and a small amount of water (to steam the cabbage). As that is finishing up, cook the spaghetti (in a different pot). After everything is done, remove from heat, mix it all together, top with the cucumbers and tomatoes, and enjoy!
Serves: About 6
Preparation time: 1-2 Hrs.
What is Maggi sauce and where do I get it or how do I make it? Thanks

You can find Maggi (seasoning) sauce at any national grocery store, like Albertsons or Smiths. Its a dark, almost black sauce. Maggi is the brand name.

This recipe is absolutley bizzare. I'd reccomend leaving the cucumber out. Not bad, though, just bizzare.
