vmh@intellicorp.comQuick Lunches (Curried Rice and Peas)Ingredients (use vegan versions): Pre-cook 1 cup of Basmati rice and put into plastic lunch box.
Add 1-2 cups of frozen peas.
Sprinkle generously with curry powder. I use about 2 teaspoons.
Salt if desired.
Directions:At work, stir, then nuke for 5 minutes.

This dish was great. I made it for non-vegetarian friends and added rosk shrimp. I also used bell pepers, and black beans. Thanx for the good idea.

Yummo, a real quick one for sure. Instead of curry powder I used Pitta Churna. You can use the Churna to suit your Dosha to bring balance in your body :0)
