Quick Lunch Miso Soup

What you need: 

1 teaspoon miso
2 teaspoons dried scallion
1/3 block of tofu, cubed
soy sauce to taste

What you do: 

Put tofu, scallions, and miso into a microwave-safe container.
At lunchtime, either add cold water and microwave until hot, or add hot water.
Stir until the miso is incorporated.
Enjoy!
