needmore@erinet.comSpaghettini with SandIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 pound spaghettini (very thin spaghetti) cooked & drained
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1/2 freshly ground vegan french bread crumbs-not too fine
salt to taste
chopped parsley to garnish
Directions:Saute garlic lightly in olive oil, be extremely careful so the garlic does not burn! Add the cooked and drained pasta and vegan bread crumbs to the frying pan. Toss with salt to taste until pasta is coated with vegan bread crumbs.
Serves: 6
Preparation time: 20 min
Sorry-that's 1/2 c fresh vegan french bread crumbs.

I made this for my kids and they thought it was great, of course I told them the name first which gave it added interest.
