2 chopped carrots
1 chopped squash
1 can mushrooms
1 can beansprouts
300 grammes instant noodles
2 tablespoons soysauce
1 tablespoon curry
salt, peppar, chilipowder
2 tablespoons chilisauce
Directions:Boil noodles. Put everything in a frying pan ( a wookpan if avaliable). Fry for a few minutes. Serve with soysauce and sweet and soursauce.

for a Thai feel, add some crushed ginger with the onions and garlic (and chopped fresh chilies), replace the curry powder with lemon juice (or leave the curry and stir in some lemon juice as well), before serving add a cup of roughly chopped coriander (cilantro) leaves. Serve with jasmine rice. Yum Yum
