Until I rated it, this had only 3 stars, but I can't imagine why (and I always wonder why people rate things poorly without explaining it...whatever...). If you like Parma! then you'll love this. I make it all the time to save money (although I do buy Parma! every once in a while to support them). I do make it in bigger batches, though. Anyway, great recipe!

Could be because there's no instructions. I'm guessing that you process in blnder/food procressor until proper consistency? Otherwise you've got a bunch of slivered almonds laying around in some yeast flakes.
