slchavez@msn.comPinneaple PizzaIngredients (use vegan versions): spinach
pinneapple
vegan pizza sauce
vegan pizza dough
Directions:Well, I don't have a real recipe for my pinneapple pizza, but its just something that I threw together one day while making pizza. I also order it at restaurants. Its really good.
Make your basic pizza dough and put on sauce. Then cover it with spinach and add pinneapples on the top.
Its really good.
Pineapple pizza is just not pineapple pizza without green peppers!

Could somebody please help me, should I get the frozen, broiled, fried, baked, toasted, whipped, or sauteed type? And is all pizza sauce vegan? Also, they have a dark red kind and light red kind at the local grocery store. Is that vegan? Should I use the canned, or fresh pineapples? And do I really have to use green peppers, because I don't have any.

Ben, sweetie, you worry too much

I'd use fresh pineapple, just cuz its yummier, i like to bake them a bit first. Also, I've never heard of pizza sauce with meat in it, but it can have added white vegan sugar. If you're up for it, there are some killer recipes for pizza sauce and marinara sauce on this site.

Garlic...spinach pizza has to have garlic on it! You can sautee the spinach in some garlic & oil.

Now a good combo is pineapple and sundried tomatoes, given you don't have acid issues. Yummy!

try adding black olives, the olive-pineapple taste combo really reminds me of cheese. its not as bad as it sounds, promise!

This is crying out for some big chunky tomato. They are a deliciously sweet topping on pizza that would go well with the pineapple.
