SO HOW'D IT GO?

these were delicious, unfortunately, mine did not stay together like everyone else's. They just kind of broke apart like oats or trail mix. What advice would you all offer to make sure these keep the way we want them to?

Thank you!  :)>>> Just made this for lunch and it was so good. I think I might have another!  :) I put some veggie mayo on it with some veggie cheese to be a little naughty and I swear it was like I was eating a meat patty. I am in love with this burger. Made a few to freeze and have for later. Thanks again!

I tried these and used mostly the second version. Didn't have dried basil so increased the thyme... did't have celery seet so used celery salt and decreased the soy. Seriously delicious!

This burger had a wonderful mix of ingredients - very nutritious! We loved the chewy oats, grated beets, and sesame seeds. The spices complemented well...thyme can get strong, but it was just right. Of course, avocado is a must for this burger!

We made some awesome changes:
1 whole beet, grated
1/3 cup cooked oats
2/3 cup uncooked oats
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup onion
<1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne (ground red pepper)
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried thyme and sage each
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
>1/2 cup mashed white northern beans
1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
2 mushrooms, diced

We baked ours in the oven at 350 degrees on both sides till browned and crisp on the tops.

Do these freeze well?

These are seriously delicious burgers, and what's more, they don't fall apart while you're cooking them! Tastier than most store-bought patties and restaurant offerings, that's for sure.
