Quality Tofu Burgers

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    250g firm tofu, mashed
    1 cup oats
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds, grinded
    4 tablespoon soy sauce
    pinch garlic powder
    pinch salt
    2 tablespoon finely chopped onion

Directions:

Mix all ingreduents. Form into 4 burgers and fry in olive oil.

very yummy! i baked mine at on an olive-oiled cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 15 minutes with one minute on broil at the end and they turned out great!
my favourite veggie burger recipe ever! so simple, and great the next day cold on an sandwich, too.

Amazingly delicious!  I had to put a little water in, but I suspect that was due to the particular tofu I used rather than a fault with the recipe.  Definitely going to share these with my family! Smiley

these were great  Thumbs Up

i couldn't get garlic powder, so i used fresh. I also didnt have any sunflower seeds, so i put a tablespoon of peanut butter in there Smiley
