Vegan Fried Chicken

This was pretty good. I used mashed potatoes (not instant) and bisquick, and these came out a little too soft in the middle.  I also baked instead of frying, so maybe that was part of the reason, too.  They tasted really good, and were good dipped in ranch and bbq sauce.  Thanks!

we loved this recipe! subbed real mashed potatoes for the pancake mix and panko bread crumbs for the corn flakes - our patties turned out very yummy (but a bit crumbly)! we'll definitely be making these again. think i'll try baking them next time for a healthier version.

these were awesome! i added in a soup/seasoning base, it was really really yummy, i ate it in a sandwich with saurkraut and spicy mustard, sounds weird, but was really yummy, i have leftovers and am making more to freeze, thank you!

Hmmm, not a fan. They tasted too much like bouillon to me. DS might like them, since he dips everything in ketchup anyways
