Peanut Sausage

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

1 large can Vegeburger (from LaLoma-Worthington Products) available at your health food
    store
    1 large onion, minced
Ener-G Egg Replacer for 3 eggs
    3 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon vegex or 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 can stewed tomatoes, drained
    bread crumbs to thicken

Directions:

Combine all ingredients.  Form into patties and fry, or bake 20 minutes at 350.

Serves: 6-8 servings

Preparation time: 1 hour

This looks really splendid--the sort of  quick-and--hearty staple I'm always on the ookout for but rarely find.  Thanks much!

Help!! I love all of the La Loma (formerly Loma Linda) and Worthingotn products but cannot buy them where I live. I live in Southwestern Ontario and they tell me there is no Canadian distributor. I would be willing to drive to Michigan to buy them. Does anyone know of a store in Port Huron, Detroit, or near them, or maybe a mail order place? I am only interested in this/these brand/s. I can get all kinds of other yucky stuff right here in Ontario already. Thanks!

http://www.vegefood.com I'm not sure if this company delivers to Canada but they do carry the Worthington lines of food including Loma Linda products. Good luck.
