Mango SalsaIngredients (use vegan versions): 2 ripe mangos, peeled seeded, cut in chunks
2 apples (I use Royal Gala), unpeeled, in chunks
1 small onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
juice of 1/2 of lemon
cilantro, to taste
salt to taste
Directions:Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until almost smooth. Chill for about an hours for best taste. Serve with tortilla chips. Will keep in fridge for 4-5 days.
The garlic and onion flavors are pretty strong...but its so yummy.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
This salsa is incredible! Great with baked tortilla chips.
