Peanut Butter FrostingIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 cup smooth natural peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup slour (I use whole spelt)
Directions:Simply mix it all together, easy as that! This is very yummy, and is a healthier alternative to traditional cake frostings. Goes great with Super Moist Chocolate Cake on this site.
Preparation time: 5 minutes

very easy and tasty! makes a very thick frosting. we put it on chocolate cupcakes and they taste super.

I used just unsalted natural peanut butter and added enough pure maple syrup to make it a drizzle for a bundt cake - no flour. It was wonderful. What a nice alternative to sugar frostings.
