No-bake fudge cookies

What you need: 

2 cups sugar
1/2 soy milk
1/4 cup margarine
1/3 cup of cocoa
1/2 peanut butter
1 cup of dry coconut flakes
1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups of oatmeal

What you do: 

Boil vegan sugar, soy milk and cocoa for 1 1/2 minute on medium-low heat after it starts to boil. Remove from heat and quickly add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Drop spoonfuls on waxed paper. Once you start to drop, continue until finishe'd or they will harden in pan.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

::)  so good.hits the spot. could you sub the sugar with agave though?

I accidentally figured out, after making these cookies a few times, that they taste better without any margarine at all. I also cut down the coconut shreds from a whole cup to just a handful, and I just use a somewhat-big spoonful of peanut butter instead of a full 1/2 cup. I'm into it.
