1 large handful blueberries - the big ones are good for this
1 tablespoon wheat germ - untoasted if possible
1/4 package silken tofu
2 cups vanilla soy milk
Directions:Put everything in a blender and blend!
Can serve two but I drink the lot for breakfast each day.
It tastes better if the banana is nice and ripe... with lots of brown spots!

Preparation time: 2 minutes
The first time I tried this recipe the banana and blueberries were not ripe. I was disappointed with the results. A couple of days later, when the fruit was extra ripe, the results were fantastic! Toy around with it. Use strawberries or other fruit in place of blueberries. For an extra thick smoothie, use less soy milk or more fruit and tofu.
