This was surprisingly decadent for a tofu-based desert. I melted 8oz of semi-sweet chocolate (that amound was plenty) with 1 tablespoon of cocoa power, and blended it with the tofu. You should definitely refridgerate the pudding at least 6 hours or overnight before serving because it will thicken and get a bit airy. This is a lot healthier than conventional chocolate desserts and hey, I wouldn't mind eating it anytime of the day
