Carrot Dogs Burritos

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    1 Steamed medium Organic carrot
    1c of Sauerkraut (we use Lacto-Fermented Cabbage
    1 Tortilla (we use Alvarado St Sprouted wheat tortillas)
    mustard to taste
    Place all ingredients in tortilla and tuck ends and roll.
    You can heat the sauerkraut or use it cold as the hot carrot
    tends to warm everything in the tortilla..Mmmmmmmmmmmmm
