2 cups Unbleached White Flour
1 1/2 cups Rye flour
1 tablespoon Cocoa (optional; for coloring)
1 1/2 tablespoon Caraway Seed (yes, table spoons)
1/3 cup Molasses
2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
1 teaspoon gluten (optional)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:Use Basic Medium mode. Timer not recommended.
Nice flavor and texture, but a little dry. I suppose I should have added more water during early mix stage. Ingredients a little much for my 1 -1/2 pound machine. Used dough cycle and baked in regular oven. I could tell by the height of the raised product that it would stick to the top lid otherwise.

Yummy! My housemate has been making white bread all summer, and I wanted a more wholesome change so I tried this recipe last night. I'm so happy with the results! I had to skip the caraway seeds, since we didn't have any in the house, and I substituted 1/2 c. dark corn syrup for the molasses (didn't have that either). Still tastes good (though different), even without the caraway. Cant wait to use this for some sammiches!
