These were very tasty.  I added raisins to make them a little bit sweeter.  It was delicious.

these were delicious! not incredibly sweet, but they have a great texture. i added about a tsp of jam in the middle of mine which i think made them even better.

These were pretty good, but only because I added chocolate chips. I would have been disappointed otherwise. They're not very sweet (which i know is good healthy thing), but i love the texture. The only thing i changed was instead of adding all whole wheat flour i added 1/3 whole wheat, 1/3 all purpose & 1/3 oat bran. Also, after 17 minutes my muffins were already getting a little too dark. I would check these after 15 in the future.
My 3 year old didn't really like them. He ate all the chocolate chips, and disgarded the muffin. This is a pretty good recipe though and i'll keep it in my recipe box for the future.

Thanks for the jam idea, Shea!  I, too, used 2 Tbs applesauce for the egg replacer, vanilla almond milk for the soymilk and kind of folded in 1/3 cup strawberry preserves (instead of maple syrup) at the very end.  I did nuke the wet mixture a few seconds to get the PB to mix well.  These were great - definitely healthy tasting, but that's what a wanted (for a change!)

These turned out great! Very nice and peanut butter-y. Definitely satisfies my pb craving.
