i adjusted the recipe to 2cups flour b/c that's my bread machine's limit and used light peanut butter and strawberry jam.
It came out really moist/dense, brown, and full of peanutbutter aroma.
For some reason i was expecting swirls of pb & j...kinda unrealistic for 20 year old bread machine.
It wasn't sweet enough for my tastes, so i'd double the jam next time.
Also, when the bread sticks to your molars and you stretch your toungue to reach them, it feels and tastes like a glob of peanut butter
