ksgonzal@southern.eduWhole Fruit ShakeIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 can (6-oz.) or 3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup strawberries
1 ripe banana, peeled
Directions:Combine all ingredients in blender. Whir until blended.Pour into tall glass. Makes 1 serving.
Tasty but some cuban rum with it would be great.........not for breakfast of course!!!!!!!
