This is the type of drink that we were once able to buy in Sante Fe, New Mexico during the summer.  I recall an outdoor vendor pureed various combinations of fruit drinks, which like this, were wonderful.  Thanks for the memory!

Sounds great, but do ice cubes work in the blender? I'm afraid to try in case it breaks or something.

I enjoyed tis very much.  I had to make some changes to it because I didn't have every thing that the recipe calld for (I didn't use strawberries or blueberries and I didn't freezzzze the peaches but put more ice cubes in to take its place.  I thought it tasted a lot like bannana.  thanks for the GREAT recipe, Dustin Sorrell

kyla,  ice cubes work just fine in the blendor.  A trick I have learned is to turn it off every few seconds so that it dosent break.

This was so yummy!!!  I added some raspberries to it too, and brought it to a picnicfor my friends. Everyone was amazed...  Everybody should try this.

Yes I agree that this recipe can be varied many ways. Its only limited by the imagination. Be creative as ya wanna.

I have a suggestion.  Maybe its just my blender, but when I add things frozen and hard to a blended mix they don't get blended, but rather stay hard and frozen.  I say crush the ice and frozen fruit first, then add everything else.

Hey here's another variation on this cool recipe I make smoothies like this all the time.  Use frozen strawberries and fat-free stawberry sorbet(Haagen-Daas makes a great strawberry sorbet) and add soya milk too!

I just love smoothies, but I´ve never done anyone myself. I´ve never seen any here in Sweden, so smoothies bring back memories from when I was in Australia. Thanks for this delicious smoothie

this smoothie tasted like a large piece  of poo. It smelled disgusting, and I was severely repulsed. Please remove this recipe.  I am now dying of scurvy. Thanks to your so called smoothie.  Gaywad.                 Love, alwayz, Veggi Tales
