Vanilla ShakeIngredients (use vegan versions): soy milk, about 1/2 cup
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1-2 tablespoons sugar
2-3 ice cubes
Directions:Put everything in a blender and blend until it reaches the consistency of a vanilla ice cream shake.
OR-
You can use everything except the ice and mix it in a glass and drink.
sounds like a quick and easy recipe if you're without soy ice cream! I'll have to give this a shot sometime.

This tasted good, but never thickened...we tried adding more ice, and that didn't work. Nice taste though!

A banana will make it thick if you don't mind a banana milk shake.
