1 banana cut into chunks and frozen
1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:Put all ingredients into blender and blend! This is so yummy and healthy, only about 200 calories!

That sounds great. I do a similar thing with rice milk, banannas, ginger, cinnanon, maybe a bit of nutmeg
