Anti-stress Tea

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    Water
    mellisa (a common balm)
    flowers of laveander
(Both: fresh is best, but tea from dehydrated herbs is good too)
    sweetener, if you like it.

Directions:

Boil the water and decan't the herbs. So easy.  Add a sweetener  and drink hot, or cool with ice.  Its very quieting and mild.  It heals nerves, its good for sweet sleeping and colorful dreams.

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 10 min

What are the quantities of the herbs that you put into the tea?

I believe that Passion Fruit tea is also excellent for stress. I use 1 tea bag for 2 cups and let it steep in hot water for about 3-4 mins. You can add milk and ice for a tasty drink. Use Soy milk, the good one that actually tastes like milk. Add Vegan sugar and mix well. Makers a really soothing drink.

I really like mixing chamomile and peppermint together. But lately my favorite thing to do is slice some piece of fresh ginger root and mix with water, and either half or a full lemon depending on your like for lemon. Many people mix agave or honey in it, but I just lke it plain. I usually boil it in a pot on the stove.
