Awesome Apple ShakeIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 apple, sliced and peeled
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
dash of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:Blend until smooth. This is a lovely fall drink in the morning with a little bit of cereal.

Serves: 1
Preparation time: 5 min

I thought it was great, but needed to be a little sweeter. I added vegan sugar and it was fine. It would also taste great with some yogurt.
