i just made these pancakes for breakfast and they were marvellous!!! i substituted half a banana for the applesauce, though, because i had no applesauce. it was EVERYTHING you would want in your dream pancake - soft, fluffy, moist, delicious. i used a non-stick pan, and slapped some peanut butter on and drizzled maple syrup over. heavenly! thanks for the recipe!!! Cheesy

Eating this right now!
I usually am an enormous failure when it comes to making pancakes, but these turned out great!
I halved the recipe and used whole wheat pastry flour and regular cane sugar instead of brown, then added in some vanilla, almonds, raisins, and cinnamon. I didn't have any milk left so I just used the water which I thought would make it not as good but it didn't really affect anything. I wish I had some fresh fruit on hand because this is the perfect recipe to build on. Oh well-next time!

Can't stress how much I love these pancakes!!! This time I completely omitted the sugar and added a scoop of Organic Chocolate Riceotein.  Came out great!!!! Slight chocolate flavor and lots of protein. Smiley thanks again for this recipe!
