Mikes OatsIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup of organic rolled oats
1Tbsp. freshly ground organic peanut butter
cinnamon to taste
a dash or two of ground cloves
sugar in the raw or brown sugar
(optional) raisins
(optional) soy milk
Directions:Bring water to a boil. Stir in oats and reduce heat. Cook until water is absorbed. Remove oats from heat and stir in cinnamon, cloves, and brown vegan sugar/sugar in the raw. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. add raisins if desired. Also, you can mix in some soy milk for an even creamier consistency. Enjoy!

not bad. i added a banana too , and put in craisins as opposed to raisins... definitely added.
