Tangy Veggies and PastaIngredients (use vegan versions): 1/2 pound of broccoli/ you may steam and than chill optional
pound of pasta, prefarbly the colored spiral kind
2 cumcumbers
3 tomatoes
1 onion/optional
1 bottle of zesty italian dressing
Directions:You may leave the broccoli raw, or you may steam or cook, but you must chill again before using, chop broccoli into bite sizes, cook pasta until tenders, rinse off with cool water until pasta has a chill on it. Peel the skin off the cucumbers and chop into little chunks, chops the tomatoes in to small chunks as well and drain the juice from the tomatoes before mixing, You may grate or chop up one medium onion real fine, after mixing everything together you may add the salad dressing, preferably add dressing to the proportions that you plan to eat right away
Serves: 6
