Whole Wheat Flour CakeIngredients (use vegan versions): 3/4 cup soy yogurt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sifted whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon oil
Directions:1) Beat soy yogurt and sugar together until well blended.
2) Add flour, baking soda, and oil. Beat well. The mixture will be thick, so don't worry, it doesn't need anything else. Bake in a greased pan at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. It's very healthy cake!
