Peanut Butter Cup MilkshakeIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 cup ice cubes
1 cup soymilk (rice or almond can be substituted)
2 to 4 heaping tablespoons natural peanut butter (I use Smart Balance Peanut Butter)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons natural cane sugar or maple syrup
Directions:1) Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Source of recipe: This recipe came about one day when I was craving a sweet treat but was lacking the ambition or time (or both) to make something in the oven and through a bunch of things together in the blender, and was pleasantly surprised.
Makes: 1 to 3 servings, Preparation time: Less than 5 minutes
