Creamy & Super Easy ColeslawIngredients (use vegan versions): 8 to 9 cups multicolor coleslaw mix (red cabbage, green cabbage, and carrots)
2/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:1) Measure out 8 cups of slaw mix and place in a large bowl.
2) In a smaller bowl combine vegan mayonnaise, vinegar, oil, sugar, celery salt, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
3) Pour the dressing mixture onto the slaw and mix. Add the extra cup of slaw mix if you want the slaw to be less creamy.
4) Eat immediately or place in the fridge till the rest of your meal is ready. I just ate some of this and it is AMAZING!
