Yellow Submarine Recipe

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    1 fresh peach, chopped
    3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
    1/4-1/2 cup nondairy milk
    1 heaping tablespoon almond butter
    1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Directions:

1) Put all ingredients in blender.  Process until smooth.  Add more non-dairy milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie.

Source of recipe: I wrote this recipe to use up an old peach in the fridge.  It came out a nice yellow color, hence the name.

Makes: 1 Serving., Preparation time: 5 minutes.
