Ultimate Scrambled Tofu Ingredients (use vegan versions): 1 pound extra firm tofu
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 Teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:1) Crumble Tofu into small or medium saucepan. Add dry ingredients, and mix
Add apple cider vinegar and mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. Enjoy!
